Getting started

Hex is a modern commission platform built to restore trust in the payment process. We replace the opaque workflows of legacy processors with a transparent solution designed to give you clear booking visibility and faster payments, so you can focus entirely on your clients.

Hex partners with luxury hotels to manage and remit commission payments on their behalf. If we've reached out, it means there are pending commissions for your agency that are ready to be processed.

No. Once registered, your agency can receive payments from any hotel within the Hex partner network. Registration is a one-time process.

Security and compliance are at the core of our platform. To adhere to global banking regulations and safeguard your earnings, we must verify your agency and banking details. This one-time verification establishes a trusted, secure channel for all future payments, ensuring your commissions are released without delay.

There are two different ways to register with Hex:

  1. We reach out to you: You will receive an email from us indicating we are ready to pay a commission from one of our partners. Follow the link and instructions in the email. Registration won't take more than 10 minutes. If you can't find the email, please check your spam folder.
  2. You complete a pre-registration form: Regardless of whether you currently have a booking with our hotel partners, you can proactively register. Click here to begin the registration process. Our support team will then reach out to you personally.

To complete the setup, please have the following ready:

  • Legal business name & agency details
  • Contact information for an authorized representative
  • Beneficial ownership information

Registration takes no more than 10 minutes. Once all required information and documentation are submitted, agency verification typically takes 2-3 business days. You'll receive email updates throughout the process.

Yes. You can save your application as a draft at any time and return to complete it later. Your progress is automatically saved as you complete each section.

Payments & account

Hex applies a standardized 2% processing fee, automatically deducted from each remittance. This fee is capped at $60 USD per transaction. All fees and applicable FX rates are disclosed in every remittance report.
